Terrible customer service, and after you ask why your items aren’t there they just don’t respond. The hoodies are the exact same material as any other heavy duty sweatsuit on Amazon. Don’t waste your money the people doing the ads are in an ambassador program which gives them major discounts and free sweatshirts and sweatpants so I wouldn’t classify them as just doing reviews from the heart!!!
I ordered a hoodie bundle and was extremely disappointed with what I received. The hoodie arrived with a large hole on the side (hope I could attach the photo)!!! And the overall quality did not match the expectations set by their advertisements. The material is overly thick, making the hoodie uncomfortable and difficult to put on and take off.When I requested a refund, they refused and tried to force me to accept their store credit instead. Their customer service is only available via email. They completely stopped responding when the issue was still unresolved. The store doesn’t have an address or a phone number, which is suspicious! Later on, I saw other reviews and comments online about the company controlling their online reviews. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience. Be cautious before ordering from them! - the products don’t look like their ads and marketing on social media, and their service is unreliable. I would not recommend them at all!
My experience was very good, the material is definitely soft and very warm. I wore my Love set on my birthday which is on Valentine’s Day and it was very cold outside here in Milwaukee WI but the set is so warm that I didn’t wear a coat ❤️ I will be getting the pink set next ! The sleeves on the hoodie is Long so I will get a Medium instead of a large I’m usually a XL the pants are perfect for my size and I got a large in those I am 5’2

I was concerned about an order I placed and couldn't track. Really thought I got scammed! Reached out to customer service and was quite impressed. Brooke, the Comfort Agent that answered my email was concerned, diligent and responsive. We went back and forth but she didn't give up. She was able to locate my order and put my mind at ease. Today it is rare to get such amazing customer service. If my clothes are half as good as customer service I can't lose!!
