I have like 8 comfrt sets. My mom has 2 (1 more on the way). My friend is about to get one for her birthday. And There are many more to come in the future. I absolutely love these things and they have completely taken over my wardrobe. Mostly because of how cute they are and how comfortable obviously. But they are so easy to throw up and make you look so cute.
I recently purchased the Comfrt Cloud Tee and the Cloud Shorts, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! The fabric is incredibly soft and breathable, making it perfect for all-day wear. I love how it fits—it's both flattering and comfortable, which is hard to find in a set. The colors are vibrant and true to what was advertised, and I've received so many compliments already. What really stands out is the quality; it feels durable yet lightweight, so I know it will last through many washes. Whether I'm lounging at home or out running errands, this set is my go-to. I highly recommend the Comfrt Cloud line to anyone looking for style and comfort in their wardrobe. Five stars all the way!
You won't get your merchandise, and you won't get your money back.This company cheated me out of my money and did not refund me. I have been waiting 3 months and haven't gotten the clothes or the money back. I made a purchase but never received my order. I ordered a hoodie, matching sweatpants, and a candle. I submitted a request, and they said they'd resend it. I got the tracking information on December 16th, and when it was supposed to have been received, I still did not get anything. My apartment complex has a secure package facility, so there is no way it could have been stolen. I requested a refund on December 31st.They said they could give me a 70% refund, but I said no. I want a 100% refund, especially since they couldn't even name the courier so I could try to track down the package myself. They said they'd give me a 100% refund, but it would take 15 to 25 days; 22 days later, I emailed saying I never received my refund. They said they reapplied for it. I finally just asked, on February 4th, "Am I going to get a refund?" they said I would in 15 to 25 business days. On February 26th, I told them I would write a review, seeing how I would not get a refund. They replied, saying I would as my refund was approved. It's been 77 days, and I have not received the clothing, candle, or refund.
I don’t even know where to start with these! I must say, I have been around a long time and worn tons of sweatsuits over the years. The first time I ever put one of these sets on, I was in love! I have never felt fabric so thick and soft. It is hard to describe the awesome soft feel of the fabric. They wash up great! I have purchased several pairs for myself and all my grown kids for all the seasons. When the Comfrt package is out for delivery it is an exciting day! My kids get so excited (as do I :) ). Be good to yourself, buy these! PS: I like all the styles and colors.
I have been a loyal customer, purchasing over 47 items for myself and my family, and have actively supported your brand. I have always appreciated the quality of your clothing, but unfortunately, your customer service has consistently fallen short.I recently received my order just three days ago, only to find that two pairs of pants were the wrong size. However, when I reached out for an exchange, I was repeatedly told that my order exceeded the 30-day return window. This is unacceptable, as the order was a pre-order and was only delivered now. Despite explaining this, I was met with automated responses and rigid adherence to policies that fail to consider individual circumstances.Rather than facilitating a simple exchange, I am being forced into accepting a gift card—an option I have previously experienced and found frustrating. A straightforward resolution would be to allow me to return the incorrect items and receive the correct size. Instead, I have been met with a dismissive, repetitive response that clearly prioritizes policy over customer satisfaction.Due to this experience, I will no longer support your brand, nor will I recommend it to my audience. Instead of dealing with this unnecessary hassle, I will donate the incorrect items elsewhere. It is disappointing to see a company with such great products fall short when it comes to valuing loyal customers.I strongly urge you to reconsider how you handle customer concerns, as this kind of service is what drives customers away.
