I ordered the bundle. I needed a smaller size and returned it. I received a credit for the original order price. However the repurchase was $27.00 more. I contacted the company and they said too bad. This is our policy. Instead of offering me a replacement for the original price i paid or a refund. So now I have a credit and I was told to find something else for the amount of my credit if I don't want to pay more for the original ordered item. This is the worst company for exchange. How can you deal with an online company if they treat you this way in a need for exchange. Buyer be aware.
Initially the whole ordering process was a breeze. The fact you could pre-order clothing and receive a slight discount as long as you're happy to receive it later was great, however problems arose when I needed to return clothing because the sizing was incorrect, being located in the UK the return process had to be done manually through email. After a few emails back and forth, it was arranged that I would pay for posting to return the clothing tracked internationally ( ?50+) and within a week of receiving the parcel I would be issued a voucher, not a cash refund, not a replacement, but a voucher to reorder the same products on their website in the correct size. Originally I was happy with this outcome, it was a little bit inconvenient but in the end I'd receive what I had initially paid for add a slight expense if you include return postage for the items. After a prolonged period of time, I hadn't received any correspondence, so I decided to reach out myself, I found that there was no recollection and no account of my return being accepted at the warehouse and that this would be marked as an urgent matter to be resolved and I would then receive my voucher within a week. A month goes by and I haven't heard anything, so again I reach out asking what's going on and again I don't hear a reply. I open another enquiry through the website regarding my issue the automated email states I will hear back in three to four working days. That was over a week and a half ago and I still haven't heard back. Customer service or lack of customer service is abysmal here. I highly advise not using this company based on their customer service.
Very unhappy with this company. They claim to support mental health and awareness but how actually?? I want to return my purchase not feeling good in it and not wanting anything else to replace it bc the fit does not fit everyBODY. They only allow exchanges,I wonder if it is because they’re trying to get rid of their own items and are not confident in their apparel. Will never order again and don’t recommend to friends, tough luck if you don’t like it or anything else from their website ( all sweat pants and sweatshirts ) you’ll been forced to keep it.
I received my Comfrt set way sooner than expected! I got it in the color ‘Walnut’ and am absolutely in love!!! At first I wasn’t certain on which size to get because of the brand being oversized but decided on a medium and it gave the perfect oversized/comfy look. For reference I’m 5’6” and 130lbs. I will 100% be buying more of these sets!!
I wish I had know about Comfrt sooner. An incredible product with an awesome background. Mental health is so important, especially as of late. I put this outfit on and it just feels like a weight has been lifted while being snuggled in one of the coziest things I've ever worn. I need more.
I will forever recommend these hoodies to kids, adults and pups. I got a set, and a matching hoodie for my great Dane. And I am so excited to travel while wearing these comfy hoodies and sweats!! Thank you comfrt for the quick delivery and for the option for preorder, because my step daughter wanted the lavender and it wasn't in stock! At least we know it's coming!
