I am in love with this product. I currently own 3 sweatshirts, 1 pair of sweatpants, one pair of shorts and just purchased a sweatshirt for my daughter and son-in-law. I recently purchased a brown blanket and just love it. Sooo soft, comfortable and also smells good. I know weird but just a relaxing smell to it. If anyone knows how soft a chinchilla is you will know how soft this blanket is. Love the pink cotton candy color blanket and just had to purchased one and looking forward to receiving it. Can't wait to get it. Thank you for keeping me warm in ND where it is cold.
I have ordered multiple hoodies from comfrt and until I had an issue requiring customer service I would have given it a 5 star review. The customer service is AWFUL! If you have an issue, forget about ever hearing back from anyone or getting it resolved correctly. They do not give refunds, which I knew before purchasing, that is not my issue. (However, I definitely recommend reading the return policy carefully before purchasing). While I do feel the quality is very good, once washed they fade a good bit. I purchased a pastel blue hoodie, not the sweatpants. I wore the hoodie a couple times (washed them and hung to dry, I never put it in the dryer) and decided I would later get the matching sweatpants. When the sweatpants came, they are not even close to the same color any longer. So I really wouldn't wear them together unless the pants fade after washing. I also received a hoodie that was clearly damaged in transit (packaging was cut open and there was a large dirt stain on the hoodie). I reached out multiple times to customer service. Originally they wrote back asking for pictures which I sent immediately. I have not heard back. I have followed up and started an exchange online....which they have to approve. I cannot send it back until they approve. I have heard nothing. Lastly, I accidently ordered a pair of sweat pants in the wrong size. I reached out to customer service asking them to send something else instead. They responded and said they would do it. However, instead of canceling/replacing the sweatpants they canceled another preorder (camo hoodie) that I ordered a month or two back. AND I still received the wrong pants and I received the replacement. I reached out to them multiple times on this issue and of course have not heard anything back. I would reorder the camo hoodie that they canceled, but there is no way I would give this company anymore of my money. I will never order from here again. I don't care if the quality is good. There are great quality hoodies with many other stores that ALSO have great customer service. I would much rather spend my money with a trusted company that will help when there is a problem. I wouldn't recommend spending your money at comfrt.
I have ordered a total of 7 outfits from comfrt. 2 of my outfits were pre-order and the customer service was great about reassuring me it will be delivered on time. If I ever want to ask a question they get back to me within hours. The delivery is really fast, usually only takes 3-4 days if it's in stock. The material stays soft even after multiple times in the washer.
I purchased two full comfrt outfits for myself and my husband. I am beyond impressed that they offer a cost savings option with a longer ship time. Patients saves! CS team was very prompt when I inquired about the ship date. I am so excited to finally get the product!
i’m 5’10” and it’s hard to fit sweatpants that fit me properly. i initially ordered a medium- which were too short. customer service was amazing at helping me exchange that pair and also changing the sizes on my pre-order set! the large fit me PERFECT ! i’m obsessed & can’t wait to buy a kids pair so i can match with my son ! i’ll be buying in every color for sure
