I just got my travel set in today and to say I am in love would be and understatement! I am a 6 foot 1 slim frame woman over 40 who knows all about style and quality. And this set has both and extra. The brightness of the black is beautiful. With such brightness and beautiful coloring I just new it would smell like dye. I was wrong no foul oder at all. Being 6 foot 1 and slim I was not ready for the pants to fit perfectly in the waist and the inseam to hang past my heel. The quality of the material is amazing soft but thick. Heavy but breathable. These factors alone had me blown away. Then Comfrt had to hit me with the razzle dazzle and added 4 functioning well placed pockets. I have a pocket inside me hoodie pocket for my plane ticket and passport to lay flat with wallet and not be scrunched up. I have a zipper closed pocket on my right side that fits my cell phone. And two sleeve pockets for ear buds and or something small. You get a beautiful travel suit with pockets. Every woman's dream. This suit is now my travel must have. I will be buying many more because I have so many places to go and see.
Worst customer service. I didn't read the return policy before ordering. They do not provide original payment refunds. They refused to refund the order and only offered a gift card credit. I ordered another sweatshirt in a different size and they refused to use the credit towards it. Do not trust Comfrt company.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! They shipped me the wrong item and are not fixing it. They stayed in contact enough to get me to ship the incorrect item back to them and they now have stopped responding and have not shipped what I actually ordered. I am going to go to my credit card company and dispute the charge. It's ridiculous!!!
Price and time of receiving the product are great!I ordered a Affirmation sweatshirt that I love! I wear it almost every day. I also ordered the Comfrt cloud shorts and cloud t-shirt and am so in love with the comfort of those as well! Excellent quality!
Trustworthy customer service in the materials they use are excellent quality. Know that it is much larger than you might expect... The hoodie is very soft I got the ZIP down Dusty blue, that is a bit more gray than Blue but okay. Very soft and I will use it after exercise but my medium size on 5 ft 7 frame looks like I'm wearing a man's Large.So overall I'm very happy, they produced a good product I just would have ordered small size if they knew they were this oversized and big 🤨🤗
