Initially the whole ordering process was a breeze. The fact you could pre-order clothing and receive a slight discount as long as you're happy to receive it later was great, however problems arose when I needed to return clothing because the sizing was incorrect, being located in the UK the return process had to be done manually through email. After a few emails back and forth, it was arranged that I would pay for posting to return the clothing tracked internationally ( ?50+) and within a week of receiving the parcel I would be issued a voucher, not a cash refund, not a replacement, but a voucher to reorder the same products on their website in the correct size. Originally I was happy with this outcome, it was a little bit inconvenient but in the end I'd receive what I had initially paid for add a slight expense if you include return postage for the items. After a prolonged period of time, I hadn't received any correspondence, so I decided to reach out myself, I found that there was no recollection and no account of my return being accepted at the warehouse and that this would be marked as an urgent matter to be resolved and I would then receive my voucher within a week. A month goes by and I haven't heard anything, so again I reach out asking what's going on and again I don't hear a reply. I open another enquiry through the website regarding my issue the automated email states I will hear back in three to four working days. That was over a week and a half ago and I still haven't heard back. Customer service or lack of customer service is abysmal here. I highly advise not using this company based on their customer service.
