I've never received my order. The customer service is a joke. They only give you offensive to your intelligence excuses - if they respond at all. Strangely enough - tracking on my order disappeared. My CC was charged and I have confirmation email. But according to the tracking - it was never shipped, while they are keep telling me it should be here any day (It's been 3 months). If you really want to take a chance on this mess, make sure you use your CC so you can dispute the transaction. You will get NOTHING out of them.
First purchase from this company and had a disappointing experience. After requesting a return or exchange, they only offered a gift card. When I went to use it, I noticed prices were increased and additional shipping fees were added. Customer service took over a week to respond, leaving me frustrated. I won’t be shopping here again and would not recommend it.
Would give zero stars if I could. Bought a bunch of items and they were never delivered. Company refuses to refund or resend as they say they delivered it. However I have cameras on all my doors and there was never a delivery made. Company seems fine stealing from a single mother. Beware!
I had a great experience with comfrt- i love that the clothing has a weighted feel, and that cute supportive messages are sent with your order! Being a nurse i appreciate the brand supporting mental health and designing their clothing this way. Comfrt sweat sets are my go to day off choice. Not only that, but the clothes are just so cute, and orders arrive within a few days to a week! Will definitely be purchasing more sets.🤎
I ordered the same color suit as my sister and didn't know until I talked with her AFTER I had placed my order, haha. I immediately contacted customer service and they were able to catch my order before it went out so that my sister and I aren't walking around with the same outfit. Brook was very reactive, nice and professional. Im excited to get my new "digs".
I kept seeing this hoodie all over my socials so it was a sign to get one and it definitely won’t be my last. Ordering was so easy, shipping was fast like super fast, and the quality of the hoodie is everything I thought it would be and more. I’ll definitely be purchasing more!
