I reached out to Comfrt 5 days ago about a missing package that was clearly misdelivered by the shipping company. I provided evidence, including a photo, provided by the shipping company, showing the package left in a trash area—not my address. The shipping carrier admitted fault and directed me to Comfrt for a refund or replacement.Despite all this, I’ve heard nothing back from Comfrt. No reply, no update—just silence. I paid for this order expecting it to arrive before my travels, and now I’m out both the item and my money. The lack of communication is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.Sadly, this experience has made me lose trust in the company, and I won’t be a returning customer unless this is resolved.
