Brooke provided me with the quickest response to my inquiry about an order I had placed. She assisted me with kindness and provided me with the information I requested. Brooke's customer service is on point and this is what a company like Comfrt should be proud of. I hope that they appreciate their employees because they do not want to lose a great one like this one!! They also have wonderful apparel :)
I was looking into getting blankets for my children and another hoodie and sweatpants set for myself. (As some know, Comfrt is linked with Shop.) I was looking at what it was going to cost, and my phone was auto-generating promo codes when all of a sudden Shop confirmed and paid for the order without me even doing a thing.I also didn't save a promo code either. All of a sudden, I got a notification thanking me for my order. I immediately reached out to their support and asked them to cancel the order. I didn't have the money to spend $325 on Comfrt, as I am a single mom of three children.I was just trying to get an idea of what it was going to cost. Mind you, I reached out within five minutes and was instantly told there was nothing they could do, and they were already processing my order to send out. The representative said she could cancel the pre-shipment part of the order, but I would have to receive my ready-for-shipment order, then return it, and all I could get back is store credit. I was clearly upset about this, as I can't pay my bills with store credit to Comfrt, and I was blown away by the lack of attempt to work with me or have empathy for the situation.Oh, and to find out that I have had to reach out to them several more times for them to still not have canceled the rest of the order. I will never buy from them again due to their horrible customer service.I have been a huge fan of Comfrt and regularly buy their items and volunteer to work overtime just to afford to get their items. However, their product isn't worth the cost, the colors fade, their customer service team is pathetic to say the least, and frankly not at all worth another penny spent with them!
I purchased two full comfrt outfits for myself and my husband. I am beyond impressed that they offer a cost savings option with a longer ship time. Patients saves! CS team was very prompt when I inquired about the ship date. I am so excited to finally get the product!
There is a LOT of smack said about Comfrt but I have nothing less than good to say about the costumer service and the product. I purchased a pre-order back in January and was nervous that the poor reviews would be my reality as well. So I emailed about my order and received a response and confirmation pretty quick. I love my new signature sweat set and I put in another order for the minimalist set. Can't wait!
I ordered the blue pastel set of hoodie and sweats after seeing them online everywhere. All over social media, the ambassadors claimed that they were great for tall people and tall big men were wearing them. They seemed to fit very well on a 5'9 model on the website, and I'm 5'10 so I ordered a pair. I also thought it was weird that sizes were not specific to gender. Men are generally taller than women which gave me another reason to believe they would be fine. However, they just make it to my ankles, and will definitely shrink when I wash them. The brand doesn't even offer refunds, only exchanges. The quality is nice and they are very comfortable, but NOT tall people friendly like they claimed, and its unreasonable to not offer returns.
