I absolutely love this brand so much!!! I have bought 2 hoodies so far a matching sweat set!!! These are my favorite clothing I have and it so soft and weighted it feels like I’m the clouds. I also reached out to customer service about something and they answered me back within a day! Wonderful customer service, this is now my absolute favorite brand.
Amazing customer service! I had an issue with one of my hoodies coming with a missing letter. The customer service team was so kind and helpful to me with the process of returning the hoodie to get another one. I shipped it back two days ago and have already received my new one in the mail. The fact they fixed their mistakes and was so quick with it made me very happy and I would definitely buy again from them.
I’m so happy I decided to try this brand out! They seriously have the nose comfortable hoodies and sweat pants. I got the cloud zip hoodie and it is the perfect amount of oversized and incredibly soft. I am definitely buying more!
I am so beyond pleased with my purchase. I got the teal Signature Hoodie and sweatpants. The XS size is a perfect mix between small enough and fashionably baggy. As well,I have a disability (EDS) and some days are harder than others. Working in a hospital office with harsh lights can aggravate a lot of my symptoms. The extra big hood is a great feature for keeping the light out of my eyes. I wasn't expecting that benefit! My only critique is I wish that the hood was less pointy but, I can’t wait to buy more!
