I was giving them a 4 because if the sweats are any indication of how comfy the hoodie is gonna be. We had a mix up in size with an XL for a Sm and the have already responded within the hour, with a replacement and and actual customer service rep. I was a bit nervous initially about the sizing because I thought a 4XL sounded huge but I went with that and a 3XL for my smaller pup and they fit perfectly! The sizing chart is very accurate. They are so soft and comfy and our pups love them! The only issue I ran into was I had to contact UPS myself and pay extra to change my address. Otherwise, they were easy to purchase and get! We love them!

Do not buy from this company! They hide their return policy. When you order, you can return items, but only for an e-gift card. They messed up my order by sending the wrong items, and the ones I received didn’t fit properly. I contacted them about returning the items, and they told me they only offer e-gift cards, no refunds. I spent $185 on the order, but my return was only valued at $159, even though I received incorrect items. This company offers no real support, so beware. I expected much better customer service given the situation. Now, my e-gift card won’t even cover the cost of replacing the items I originally ordered. I would’ve left a good review if it weren’t for the terrible customer service. Buyers, be cautious!
Terrible. I’ve been wanting to order from this company for a while. I love matching sets and have purchased many from Marshall’s, TikTok Shop, and White Fox. I finally gave in to a TikTok ad and placed an order.I came home from work today, super excited for my package. When I took the clothing out, I was immediately shocked at how cheap the material felt—comparable to SHEIN. I have no problem with SHEIN, but the price tag on this set was nowhere near SHEIN pricing. I tried it on, and oh my, it’s quite literally the most unflattering, ill-fitted outfit I’ve ever worn. The fabric felt awful on my skin. I’m a size medium in everything, yet the medium pants were tight while the shirt was enormous—big enough to fit my size XL boyfriend.At first, I just accepted that purchasing from this company was a mistake and figured I’d return it. Then I found out they only offer store credit. Are you kidding me?! I never want to purchase from this company again after this experience—why would I want store credit? I reached out to customer service, hoping they’d understand, but nope. Store credit only.I’ve never heard of a return policy like this before, and let me tell you, I’m an avid shopper. Moral of the story: Be careful with this company. Overpriced, poorly made products and a terrible return policy. Never again.
I have bad anxiety and I heard these sets are A good coping mechanism for that, and it’s definitely helping. Aside from that this is the most comfortable sweatsuit I’ve ever worn in my life and the quality is amazing. I’m very impressed and will definitely purchase more in the future.
Got this sweatshirt as a gift, and honestly, I might never take it off. It’s ridiculously soft, perfectly oversized, and makes me feel like a cozy burrito. Bonus points for making me look effortlessly cool while staying comfy. 10/10, would happily live in this forever!
