I would like to start off with saying Comfrt sweats and hoodie are outstanding. I have spent hundreds of dollars on many sweat suits.However, their customer service is definitely two star. There is no way to correspond with Comfrt via phone. So if you have any issues, be prepared to spend about a month going back and forth via email. Needless to say, I have given up, as my issues will not be resolved. I simply do not have the time. Very unfortunate. Comfrt, I'm begging you to revamp your customer service standards. Your apparel is superior. Without a contact number, your customers are struggling to recieve resolutions they need and deserve.
