They play with people’s money by freezing accounts, holding funds without warning, and offering little to no explanation when you try to get help. The customer service is vague and often just sends scripted responses.If you’re a small business that relies on regular cash flow, be very careful — Square can freeze your money for weeks under the label of “risk review” with no real recourse. You do everything right, and they still shut you down or delay your funds.This is unacceptable behavior for a financial services company. This is terrible. The first "survey" gives it a baseline for your bio info and based on that it should let you take surveys relevant to your base info. Instead it has you take surveys but as soon as it's not " right" it kicks you out even if you are several questions deep. Got kicked from a survey because I wasn't right because I said I wasn't hispanic.no shit, I told you that in the baseline survey. What a crock and waste of time. Oh and you can't cash out unless you earn at least $15 so the $5 just for signing up is a waste
