Square is not a company I would trust with handling business finances. They play with people’s money by freezing accounts, holding funds without warning, and offering little to no explanation when you try to get help. The customer service is vague and often just sends scripted responses.If you’re a small business that relies on regular cash flow, be very careful — Square can freeze your money for weeks under the label of “risk review” with no real recourse. You do everything right, and they still shut you down or delay your funds.This is unacceptable behavior for a financial services company. Businesses deserve transparency, reliability, and real support — not silence and stress.

This is terrible. The first "survey" gives it a baseline for your bio info and based on that it should let you take surveys relevant to your base info. Instead it has you take surveys but as soon as it's not " right" it kicks you out even if you are several questions deep. Got kicked from a survey because I wasn't right because I said I wasn't hispanic.no shit, I told you that in the baseline survey. What a crock and waste of time. Oh and you can't cash out unless you earn at least $15 so the $5 just for signing up is a waste

I must admit I was a little suspicious that a Will service could be provided at this reasonable price and so was not sure what to expect. Well I need not have worried. The whole process from start to finish has been simple and efficient. I would definitely recommend them to anyone requiring a will.

Hi lovely people.One star, merely because I have to choose a number. Domestika deserves none. I will be updating this comment with my experience with loosing 205€ in a single charge made -secretly- from my bank account — without any type of notification thereof. Domestika disregards EU consumer law (European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net)), which also outlines that all EU based users have a 14 days right to request a full refund. Domestika has ignored with either no response or vague generic responses – further suggesting that the whole setup of profiteering on people's forgetfulness, while secretly billing you, is by design. I only found out coincidentally because I looked at my EU bank account on the day.In length of this, Domestika appears to be circumventing the European Union VAT, by obfuscating currency used for charging; and who their target users are outside of the US, by charging in USD and Pounds; knowingly to EU based users/citizens.The service was not and will not be used by me.Yet, 205€ was -secretly- withdrawn from my EU bank account. With vague responses from Domestika denying refund despite clarifying and politely asking multiple times and on the day of billing. -I even substantiated to Domestika recently undergoing surgery, which adds to the problem of loosing this kind of money, not to forget; for something you haven't used.The 14-day right is a statutory right in EU and cannot be overridden by internal policy. To EU based users in similar situation. You have rights: report Domestika to ECC-Net and do not give in to the generic and purposefully vague communication or confusing currency. Take screenshots, and document your experience and timely written concerns. (*Careful contacting them via their web form, because in their email response to you they exempt your original message. Also a red flag.)Domestika appear fraudulent, and to be operating non-compliant with EU law, which could mean penalties from the EU Commission. So report it, it's straight forward.I will be warning the design community around me, to look for decent learning services, that actually care about who they do it for.

I forgot to put the unit number on my order. Realized tis immediately after I placed the order. Tried to call them but they don't have a phone. Emailed them several times only to get a response 6 days later that they will not change an address after the order is placed. They also stated they will not take any responsibility. They told be to contact the carrier but the carrier will only accept address changes from them. Totally unhelpful and uncaring. Will not buy from this company again.
