I ordered a couple of straps recently, the colours weren't as they'd appeared on the website unfortunately so I returned them to the address specified in plenty of time, paying the return postage myself for tracked signed for.It's been delivered and signed for (royal mail photographed) by the founder (I googled him) but I keep getting weird automated emails back from him that don't answer my questions and just keep telling me to send the straps back??? So weird! Would really like my refund!
