I am very happy with the straps

I am very happy with the straps purchased. There was a problem with the delivery, (not the fault of fitstraps), but this was dealt with very promptly by Andy. I would definitely recommend.

Sent wrong strap and won'???t answer any

Sent wrong strap and won'???t answer any messages! Sent messages over email, Facebook and Instagram and all have been ignored! Said they would respond in 24 hours it'???s now been weeks! Will never order again. Only had to order again because the other strap broke so they'???re clearly poor quality. They'???ve essentially stolen from me at this point

Avoid!

Watch strap ordered on 10 March, tracking status has not updated. 3 emails since and reached out on social with no reply or acknowledgement (despite website saying all enquiries are responded to within 24 hours). Will be going through my bank to seek a refund.
