Review Time
I ordered 2 Fitstraps on 25th January which have still not arrived in over 3 weeks. I emailed the week after ordering and was told that they had been shipped on the 26th. The tracking link didn'???t work so I emailed again. I can see positive reviews for this company and hope that this isn'???t a scam but it'???s starting to look that way. Beware! If I receive my order or a refund, I will update.
My experience of Fitstraps is a excellent and positive experience. Unfortunately I had a issue with my initial delivery not being delivered by Royal Mail but Andy reshipped me a another and I'm very happy with my purchase. It was definitely worth the wait. I ordered a new strap for my Fitbit. The first one didn'???t arrive (probably a mistake by the carrier), so I sent an email and Andy immediately despatched a second one with no hesitation. Communications were helpful and friendly and I was kept informed throughout. I now have my new watch strap which arrived within the expected timeframe and it'???s really good quality. I love it. This is my second order with Fitstraps and will definitely order again. Thank you so much.
The watch strap came fairly soon via the delivery company they use. The watch strap is for a Fit bit and is a metal mesh one as the rubber one was causing me skin problems. The watch strap I bought is fine but just a bit fiddly to actually secure onto the wrist, but I am more than happy with the quality overall.
