Great customer care.

Great customer care.Initially I was sent the wrong colour strap for my Garmin Fenix 5S but after contacting the FitStraps Help Desk, Andy confirmed their error and sent me the strap that I'd ordered.The strap itself is supple, good quality and I'm pleased with it.

We ordered replacement Garmin straps and was pleased they come with extra screws and screwdrivers. Fast delivery and an email from them to check they'd arrived and we were happy with our purchase Would buy from here again.
