The new strap for my fit is very nice

The new strap for my fit is very nice but it didn'???t fit my small wrist there was no instructions and it stated it was adjustable and it wasn'???t I had to pay '? ?10 to get it to size So I'???m not very impressed I did send an email to explain for help but I had no response
