Fast delivery but badly made replacement straps with the pilot hole and the actual screw hole being significantly off-centred which means that unless you have a small rounded diamond file you will be unable to use the replacement as the screw won'???t securely attach the piece to the watch.
Prompt communication when I had a fitting query which was dealt with quickly and politely.Watch strap fits well (remember to hook the strap underneath the 'hooks' on the watch side for a tight fit) and the colour is great. Nice injection of personalisation. Great service, quick and professional
I ordered 3 Fitbit straps from this website in January. One strap arrived after almost a week, but the colour was wrong. When I complained, another two straps were sent but these were skinny instead of the regular width I had ordered. Andy was very slow to reply to emails but eventually agreed a refund if I returned the straps. I returned all 3 together on 16th Feb. Needless to say I still haven't gotten my refund, 5 weeks later. I've emailed Andy 4 times since then and he hasn't replied. Absolutely terrible experience.
