The property management service is absolutely awful. They do not communicate anything. Sending out extremely overpriced contractors without informing you, so you only find out when your invoiced for works and the money is already taken from the rent.

Our agent had patience to work with us through multiple scenarios until we found what was right for us. Be prepared to take some time in order to get through the process. My suggestion for the agent is to tell us in advance what information will come by email later so we don't have to write it down and to speak more slowly but otherwise he was very good.

Ik heb meerdere keren bij Gsmweb besteld. Was altijd erg tevreden. Deze keer ben ik dat helemaal niet. Gsmweb is slecht bereikbaar en service is niet goed. ik heb mijn abonnement verlengd inclusief refurbished telefoon. Ik heb deze telefoon nu een paar dagen en deze werkt niet naar behoren. Soms werkt het touchscherm niet. Ook worden scherm en batterij niet herkend door Apple. Ik kan dus de batterijconditie ook niet checken. Ik heb een aantal keer gebeld met Gsmweb. Lange wachttijden en soms na 20 munten een “dode” lijn, dus is het noodzakelijk om opnieuw te bellen. Op e-mail is na een week nog niet gereageerd. Nu afgesproken dat de telefoon teruggestuurd kan worden. Wel op eigen kosten. Dat vind ik apart. Er wordt een toestel geleverd dat niet deugdelijk is en dan vind ik niet dat de kosten voor mij moeten zijn.
