Awful. Ordered x3 straps all the same size but different colours. Delivery came, only x2 straps, 1 being correct the other being a colour and size not on my order. Contacted them, fast response and apology, they confirmed the 2 that I was missing. Had to wait for another delivery. This arrived with only 1 strap and the wrong size. It was a simple order for Christmas that couldn't be full-filed by this company. Now awaiting a refund, however more annoyingly it was a Christmas present that now can't be sorted this close to Christmas.
