I had some difficulty working through the variety of Fitbit connectors for charging up the battery. Why there is no one standard fitment is beyond me. But that is not the point. What was outstanding was the way in which Fitstraps responded so positively and so helpfully, keen to ensure that I was helped in every possible way. It was above and beyond the call of duty and much appreciated.
