Lovely quality, durable looking straps. Only slight blip is that the strap I ordered was labelled online as "red", and pictured as maroon but came through the post as a dusky pale pink. It's fine, but isn't what I was expecting based on the colour description and image.
I was so impressed with the team at Fitstraps. They were quick to respond to emails and were always kind, patient and supportive. I needed to exchange my straps as I purchased the wrong version and both the original package and the replacement package were sent out swiftly with no issues. The order and delivery were excellent and the strap itself is good and looks good. Only problem is the two buckles have come off so the strap sticks out. They were both very thin and no surprise that they fell apart. Hopefully the strap will last longer.
