I was sent the wrong item. Have emailed FitsStraps twice regarding this and am yet to receive a response. 24.5.24 - Following the review above, FitStraps did get in touch with me and apologised for the error. They were very helpful in trying to rectify the issue and as the strap I ordered was not available, a refund was swiftly made. Many thanks!
Ordered garmin fenix 7 quick strap for my watch received a strap for forerunner 965 complained to them all they said was the strap was inter changeable. That's not what I ordered. Getting my money back. Also can get the same straps from temu and aliexpress for a lot less.
Not the best experience. I ordered 2 straps. Wrong watch straps were sent, one was the wrong colour I ordered red for my husband (which was for his birthday 2 weeks ago might I add!) & a mint green one turned up and the one for my watch was for a completely different watch altogether. I emailed straight away 2 weeks ago when I received them to try sort it out but had no reply so I'???ve emailed twice now about it to try sort it out but still no reply! There is not even a contact number to ring on the website! Not a happy bunny! I'???m reluctant to just send back for a refund incase they either go missing or I don'???t even receive a refund!
