Review Time
I have been ordering from Fitstraps for the past couple of years. I would give them 5 stars as you cannot beat their swift delivery, quality of straps and speed at which they deal with any issues. The 4 star rating is because twice I've tried to order dark blue leather and twice I've received the wrong straps. In all, the company is fair, trustworthy and they are quick to respond and have both times offered a no-quibble refund. I would still order from them. Just received my new red strap and it's perfect.
I haven'???t given 5 stars because I'???m waiting to see how long and how well this strap lasts. The last I bought fell to pieces in 6 months. Initially the clips fell off so I had to use an elastic band to fasten it but it was such a faff I just bought another one, hopefully this will last longer.
1. ordered 2 watch straps , only one arrived2. got in touch with Andy and was advised that the remaining 1 strap was going to be despatched 3. The Package arrived however the one strap inside the package was the wrong strap. The leather strap is still outstanding.Normally Andy and his team are very efficient, what's gone wrong?
