I found Fitstrap very good, I had an issue with Royal Mail losing my delivery, this was quickly resolved by the company and a replacement was sent out. Very good customer service.

Non Delivery

Watch strap ordered on 2 Feb, tracking status has not updated. Strap not delivered. Reported to customer service on 10 Feb. Offered duplicate strap but never sent by Fitstraps. Have sent 5 emails since (Feb, Mar) to customer service and no response. Have asked my bank to seek a refund.

The first strap they sent unfortunately broke after a couple of weeks - they responded very quickly when I mentioned this to them and sent a replacement right away.

No strap no refund no response

Having ordered 2 straps previously I ordered another which did not arrive.I emailed twice.The website says '???we will respond within 24 hours'???.Nothing.No strap no refund.
