Nice colour

Nice colour, quick delivery, leather strap end & loop degrade quickly.I really liked the colour, and an order placed on 20th Dec was delivered before Xmas, which was great! However, less than a month later, the end of the strap and loop are showing some discolouration / wear-and-tear, which is a lot sooner than I anticipated.

I was sent the wrong strap in the wrong

I was sent the wrong strap in the wrong colour. I have emailed a number of times and have heard nothing back. Really poor quality service. give it a miss.I am currently out of pocket and the service dept says just send in the strap and we may pay you back!

Good customer service

Following my comment on not being able to fit the strap, Andy messaged me and sent another strap, no charge. It arrived quickly and Andy has kept in touch to let me know when it was on its way. I just need to try to fit this one now!
