Silicone strap

Recently ordered a silicone strap which did not arrive. Emails sent to seller with no response!! Luckily I used PayPal for the purchase and have been able to claim a refund. Avoid avoid avoid!!

Website says they will respond within 24 hrs . Despite 2 emails absolutely no response Very poor customer care and experience so far Review date 19 th Feb 2025

No strap after almost a month

Ordered a strap on 11th April and still no sign of it, despite chasing up twice via email. No response from the company and no refund. Awful customer service.
