The quality of the products received (patterned silicone Apple Watch straps) was great. I did have several problems with delivery of the items though. It took about 3 tries to get my order right, and in the end, I had to compromise on one item as it went out of stock during all the to-ing and fro-ing. Having said that, customer services did a good job with communication and attempting to resolve the issues as speedy as possible.
