Review Time
I bought 2 straps for fitbit sense 2. The straps were great. Fitted just fine and the rubber quality and colour were good. I would buy again.I was not so happy with the transit time of one month and the unwarned customs/VAT charges of ,5% in Greece.
The strap was exactly as described and priced very reasonably. Delivery was fairly quick, and the communication from the company was excellent. I initially ordered the wrong size, but they processed my return and gave me a full refund with no hassle. I'???d definitely order more colors if they had them in the smaller size! thanks
Ordered two straps, unfortunately only one arrived. Contacted them and it was sorted and sent out immediately. Straps are good quality and a reasonable price.Only concern is the email address that it responds from will most likely end up in junk folder as its not one directly related to the company and look a little suspect.
Ordered strap and received quick delivery. Unfortunately the wrong strap had been sent. I emailed and was immediately sent the correct strap. We all make mistakes, it's the quality of service to put them right that sets apart the great from the average.Great customer service.
