Replacement strap

Strap that I had bought had broken. Contacted company and received wonderful customer service and new strap was sent out with no problem whatsoever.

Unfortunately ours has already broken

Unfortunately ours has already broken but it did get caught on a branch so may just have been due to the force. Difficult to know how long it would have lasted otherwise.

Exemplary Customer Service and Great Product

My experience with Fitstraps customer service was fantastic, well beyond expectations. I ordered a Garmin Forerunner 10 strap which disappeared in the mail (no fault of Fitstraps) and they provided a replacement immediately upon being informed of non-delivery. When the original order eventually arrived, they refused payment for it, so now I have a spare :) They're very quick on responses to queries, so I was never left hanging and to top it off the strap fits the watch great!
