My experience with Fitstraps customer service was fantastic, well beyond expectations. I ordered a Garmin Forerunner 10 strap which disappeared in the mail (no fault of Fitstraps) and they provided a replacement immediately upon being informed of non-delivery. When the original order eventually arrived, they refused payment for it, so now I have a spare :) They're very quick on responses to queries, so I was never left hanging and to top it off the strap fits the watch great!
