I'd never heard of Fitstraps but they had a great selection, fast delivery and follow up to make sure everything was OK. I'd use them again with no hesitation.

They have my money and I have 3 useless straps

I ordered 2 replacement straps for my, and my partners Fitbits. The items arrived quickly but one was the wrong colour. I contacted Andy who apologised and sent the right colour strap to me. The problem is that none of the straps would stay connected to the devices. I contacted Andy again who asked me to return the straps and he would issue a refund. I asked him to pay me the postage for the return, and despite numerous requests asking him to do this, he has not. I'm certain now that I will not receive a refund, nice one Andy, you have my money and I have 3 useless straps. I think you should do as you say and treat your customers with common decency. If you are thinking of ordering items from this company, my advice is, don't.

Both watch strap retainers came apart within a week.

Delivered fine, strap looks nice. There were two strap retaining bands to hold the tail of the strap in (nice to have a spare) but they both broke within a week of purchase - coming apart at the seam.

Great selection of items on this site

Great selection of items on this site - I had been looking for a replacement charger for my Garmin golf watch for a while with no success (Garmin don'???t stock them anymore for the model I have) - I found it here. Works perfectly - saved me having to buy a new watch. Good follow up by email from Andy to check I'???d received my order and it was ok. It did take quite a long time to arrive (2 weeks) but it was over New Year and I think that was Royal Mail'???s fault rather than Fitstraps fault. Fitstraps use the Shop app for tracking your orders but it was useless - even after my order was delivered the Shop app still said '???being dispatched soon'???!
