They have my money and I have 3 useless straps

I ordered 2 replacement straps for my, and my partners Fitbits. The items arrived quickly but one was the wrong colour. I contacted Andy who apologised and sent the right colour strap to me. The problem is that none of the straps would stay connected to the devices. I contacted Andy again who asked me to return the straps and he would issue a refund. I asked him to pay me the postage for the return, and despite numerous requests asking him to do this, he has not. I'm certain now that I will not receive a refund, nice one Andy, you have my money and I have 3 useless straps. I think you should do as you say and treat your customers with common decency. If you are thinking of ordering items from this company, my advice is, don't.
