I bought a new strap and charger for my son's for bit ace 3 watch and I was a bit worried about it not fitting as this has happened before from a different website..but the manager Andy was very helpful in assisting me with my queries and was very reassuring. I am extremely pleased with the customer experience, value for money and quality. My son is delighted with his new strap and charger that works perfectly..thank you for the excellent customer service! Will definitely buy from here again in the future.
I have ordered products quite a few times from this company and the service has always been fast, efficient and friendly. There is a follow up to check that all has gone well and the products have always corresponded 100% to the descriptions.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!I wish I had checked this before ordering! it's been more than 6 weeks I ordered two straps using their fake promotion and still haven't recevied mt order!!!There is no phone or anything in their website! I have sent multiple emails and nothing!
Andy at Fitstraps could not have been more helpful. There was an initial problem with my order and Andy stepped in resolve it. Andy contacted me directly, found out what was wrong and sent new straps out. Throughout the process Andy kept in touch, made sure everything was ok and that the problem was solved. I would completely recommend this fabulous company!
