Andy at Fitstraps could not have been more helpful. There was an initial problem with my order and Andy stepped in resolve it. Andy contacted me directly, found out what was wrong and sent new straps out. Throughout the process Andy kept in touch, made sure everything was ok and that the problem was solved.
