I have been ordering from Fitstraps for the past couple of years. I would give them 5 stars as you cannot beat their swift delivery, quality of straps and speed at which they deal with any issues. The 4 star rating is because twice I've tried to order dark blue leather and twice I've received the wrong straps. In all, the company is fair, trustworthy and they are quick to respond and have both times offered a no-quibble refund. I would still order from them. Just received my new red strap and it's perfect.
