I was sent the wrong item

I was sent the wrong item. Have emailed FitsStraps twice regarding this and am yet to receive a response. 24.5.24 - Following the review above, FitStraps did get in touch with me and apologised for the error. They were very helpful in trying to rectify the issue and as the strap I ordered was not available, a refund was swiftly made. Many thanks!
