Not the best experience. I ordered 2 straps. Wrong watch straps were sent, one was the wrong colour I ordered red for my husband (which was for his birthday 2 weeks ago might I add!) & a mint green one turned up and the one for my watch was for a completely different watch altogether. I emailed straight away 2 weeks ago when I received them to try sort it out but had no reply so I'???ve emailed twice now about it to try sort it out but still no reply! There is not even a contact number to ring on the website! Not a happy bunny! I'???m reluctant to just send back for a refund incase they either go missing or I don'???t even receive a refund!
