Review Time
I ordered on 21 March and paid online. I've used them before with no problem but this time I only received 2 items out of the three ordered and 9ne of those was wrong. I've emailed and written to the them but had no response. Today I spoke to Citizens Advice who will contact Trading Standards and advised me to contact my credit card company.
Ordered two items of which one was faulty. Have contacted on 5 separate occasions for a refund and only received replies 2 times from different email addresses. This is NOT a reputable site to buy from!
I ordered a strap specifically for my garmin and the wrong one was sent to me , I have been trying to get hold of fit straps for a week now , there is no contact number and nobody replies to tell you how to return / exchange / get a refund . Really bad customer service
