Fantastic service and products spoke to a lovely staff member who dealt with my query my concerns straight away emailed straight away sorted out numerous ways I could resolve my problem . Penhaligan has fantastic products and the ship staff are allways helpful but this is my first telephone experience fantastic thank you Chloe again .

Over Christmas I used the Penhaligon’s site several times, to send presents to UK, Italy and France. There was a small problem with two deliveries. Both times Dean resolved it with grace, friendliness and efficiency. I will continue to buy their beautiful products, happy in the knowledge that any problem will be resolved speedily.

I am very disappointed with Penhaligon. I have bought so many atomisers as gifts for friends and family frequently, but never feel you get any purchase loyalty. So you have to spend over ?200 to get a wee gift, really how elitist is that?? I think their atomisers make a fabulous gift, but the lack of recognition of loyalty is shockingly disappointing after buying more than 3 yesterday. Their marketing team should look at Jean Paul Gaultier who give excellent incentivised free gifts, beautifully exhibited. Not impressed at all!

Their shipping is also incredibly fast—sometimes my order arrives at my doorstep just two days after I’ve placed it.Recently, I had an issue with my order where two shower gels arrived damaged in the mail.
