Over Christmas I used the Penhaligon’s site several times, to send presents to UK, Italy and France. There was a small problem with two deliveries. Both times Dean resolved it with grace, friendliness and efficiency. I will continue to buy their beautiful products, happy in the knowledge that any problem will be resolved speedily.
