Let me start by saying that I’m a fan of Penhaligon’s and have been a loyal customer since 2023. Every purchase I’ve made has been exceptional, and I’ve loved each one. Their shipping is also incredibly fast—sometimes my order arrives at my doorstep just two days after I’ve placed it.Recently, I had an issue with my order where two shower gels arrived damaged in the mail. Dean Q handled my concern promptly and professionally. He quickly arranged for replacements and was very responsive throughout the process.
