I recently had an issue with the packaging of the limited-edition Daphne Bouquet fragrance I ordered from Penhaligon’s. As a long-time collector and loyal customer, I was disappointed when the item arrived in a condition that fell below the brand’s usual high standards.However, I have to say the way Penhaligon’s, especially Esra from the customer service team, handled the situation was exemplary. From the moment I raised my concern, I was treated with genuine care and professionalism. Esra kept me fully informed throughout the process, arranged a seamless return, and ensured my replacement was packaged to the high standard I originally expected. A goodwill voucher was also kindly provided as part of their resolution.The level of communication, speed of action, and attention to detail really helped restore my faith in the brand. It's reassuring to see a luxury company that not only values its products but also its customers.Thank you again to Esra and the Penhaligon’s team for turning a disappointing situation into a positive experience.

Absolutely wonderful customer experience from Penhaligon’s, especially customer service rep, Esra.I’ve always loved Penhaligon’s fragrances, and ordered a sample set as a treat - however, I managed to make a mess of my order and get it despatched to my old house. On contacting customer service, I was promptly replied to by Esra, who was incredibly helpful, patient, and swift in putting it right. It was despatched the same day.My order has just arrived and looks great. I can’t wait to try it.

As a returning customer I was confident that I would be advised and helped every step of the way. Keely helped me with testing a few fragrances that she knew my 3 boys would like ( as she remembered my previous purchases and had advised me perfectly on that occasion too) there was no pressure to purchase, just really good advice on my boys particular varying taste. I returned and purchased a number of different scents from Ruth who was absolutely amazing and again helped and supported me throughout. Staff are all so knowledgeable and go out of their way to make every purchase special, lovely warm experience as always, personal touch is flawless in the Liverpool store, Thankyou.
