From the moment I raised my concern, I was treated with genuine care and professionalism. Esra kept me fully informed throughout the process, arranged a seamless return, and ensured my replacement was packaged to the high standard I originally expected. A goodwill voucher was also kindly provided as part of their resolution.The level of communication, speed of action, and attention to detail really helped restore my faith in the brand.
