Absolutely wonderful customer experience from Penhaligon’s, especially customer service rep, Esra.I’ve always loved Penhaligon’s fragrances, and ordered a sample set as a treat - however, I managed to make a mess of my order and get it despatched to my old house. On contacting customer service, I was promptly replied to by Esra, who was incredibly helpful, patient, and swift in putting it right. It was despatched the same day.My order has just arrived and looks great. I can’t wait to try it.
