Review of Penhaligons
As a returning customer I was confident that I would be advised and helped every step of the way. Keely helped me with testing a few fragrances that she knew my 3 boys would like ( as she remembered my previous purchases and had advised me perfectly on that occasion too) there was no pressure to purchase, just really good advice on my boys particular varying taste. I returned and purchased a number of different scents from Ruth who was absolutely amazing and again helped and supported me throughout. Staff are all so knowledgeable and go out of their way to make every purchase special, lovely warm experience as always, personal touch is flawless in the Liverpool store, Thankyou.
