Review Time
Apparently, they had an issue with my card on file.... I have had their service for like 3 years. NEVER ONCE did they try to get ahold of me to let me know. NEVER ONCE did I receive an email, a phone call, or a letter in the mail, so I assumed this whole time everything was kosher. Now, I am getting calls and emails from the collection agency. This is BULLSHIT! I wish I could fight this somehow. I WAS ON AUTO PAY! Which is even more irritating..... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
Since they acquired Ready Refresh, they've not delivered, said they would three times and still not delivered, finally did and now nothing the next time. I tried to log into my account but got a screen full of html. Called but it's "greater than 30 minutes" and no callback option. A reddit thread aludes to some major problems there; I suggest considering that before signing up. It's baaaad.
Terrible company. Apparently merged with ReadyRefresh, Poland Springs and the service is terrible. My biweekly water delivery has been postponed to the next day, for the past 9 days. No water delivery and no one picks up their phones. I'm cancelling!
If I could give Primo a zero, I would, this company is not reliable on their orders nor service. They claim they would bring the water, on the day they kept changing the delivery date because they never delivered, they would take payment from my account without delivering the water, after 3 months putting up with their lies, I stayed on the phone for 2 hrs. To speak to someone, and they connect me to someone in the Philippines, my issues never git resolved. After trying several days to reach someone to cancel my account with Primo, I finally spoke with some in America, after finally canceling my account, it took 2 full weeks for them to pick up the equipment, I finally went online and asked them to stop lying to their customers, and someone came in 2 days after to pickup my equipment. I am telling you the truth, do not open up an account with this company because they have the worst service for a company, they are not reliable at all, they will cause more headaches than pleasure. I'm so glad I finally closed my account with them, although they still owe me money, which I'm sure I'll never receive.
I am a small business that used this company to service my 4 locations. They would change water deliveries without notice, deliver cups I didn't order and then customer service was a nightmare! Deliver more bottles than I ordered. Their website is horrible to navigate. I finally told them I wanted to have the dispensers picked up and I would find another company to service my offices, they told me it would cost $50 dollars for them to take the dispensers back. I have rented these dispensers since 2017!!! The most recent straw that broke the Camels back was that they kept changing deliveries and in one of my offices they delivered the 4 water bottles June 10th (I have deliveries set up to go there every 4 weeks) and I happen to look to move the next delivery up since it is going to be super hot and I want to make sure that the staff in that office has enough water, and they have cancelled all deliveries until mid September and I can't add any deliveries!!!! I wasn't notified!! They said it was due to high volume! They have done this to several of my offices but IN SUMMER??? That was the last straw for me!What a shame. 8 years with ReadyFresh/Primo and my Law Firm always paid them on time... we never failed them... they failed us!
Horrible! Seems to be a recent trend. Can't get anyone on the phone nor is anyone answering emailed request. We have been without water for a month! My company location has been using Diamond / Crystal / now Primo for years. Sad to see, but we are definitely closing this account. My hope is that the CEO or at least executive management is seeing these recent BAD reviews and handles business! From One manager to hopefully yours.... Get it together Primo!
Our business has a facility where we have 40 full time employees and 6 water coolers throughout the building. We have had multiple delivery issues over the years dating back to when they were known as ready fresh. They have randomly moved delivery dates, shorted our orders or plain didn't show up. Customer service is ALWAYS polite and apologetic. Yet EVERY time I request to speak with a manager about these issues, I am promised that someone will call me. DON'T HOLD YOUR BREATH. We've been with this company for over 15 years. They don't care! if you have other options, i strongly recommend you utilize another company if possible.
This merger has been a disaster. I was a Sparkletts customer for 23+ years & never had an issue - Primo takes over & we've had missed deliveries ever since. Our delivery dates continue to get pushed back. The past 2 months, we've run out of water & had to buy water elsewhere. Now they're charging a bottle deposit fee & they've also converted my account to autopay which I've never used & never authorized. It's nearly impossible to reach customer service with wait times that exceed 35 min. Chat is totally unavailable just like others say. It looks like Primo Waters has taken over most water brands so canceling & going to another brand will not do you any good. All brands lead back to Primo. It's disappointing. I am not a very happy customer, but we need water, so it looks like we are stuck with these bozos.
