They keep pushing back our water delivery and when I use the app, it tells me to call. When I call, the system hangs up on me at 4 minutes and 30 seconds. Now I want to cancel, and I cannot even do that. This would be comical if it was not so frustrating.
Never have I had such a poor experience. Since they bought readyrefresh, we havent gotten out delivery in over 2 months. just keeps getting pushed out day after day. only way to cancel is to call (illegal) and guess what NOONE EVER ANSWERS. We need a class action lawsuit
Primo Water took over Crystal Water service, and today is the first day. Logging in was a pain, but fine changed password as directed. Animated system cant find my account #, or phone number even though i am typing account off the screen i am looking at... bad start... NO CUSTOMER service available via phone, you cant talk to anyone, chat BOT - keeps direct you to main menu, no matter what you select. After taking over my account with Crystal - after 7 years of service all of a sudden they are slapping me with bottle deposit bill of $90.00 for 6 bottles? what kind of service is that, where is the deposit $ from the time i signed up? Cant even get a hold of anyone to CANCEL this service, been on hold for over 32 minutes. want out already... how is it that large companies take over and quality is horrid right from he start.
I am so disappointed. After spending hours trying to get through to someone and emails, when I finally was able to talk to a live person, I was told I can't exchange the two 5 gallon water jugs my elderly parents purchased. I explained that they are too heavy for my 87 year old father to lift and I was looking to exchange the 5 gallon jugs for 3 gallon jugs. They refused to make any accommodations. These were very expensive items. This company is HORRIBLE! I will tell anyone and spread the word to stay away from doing business with PRIMO Water.
Absolutely atrocious. They went through a merger with Sparkletts which they did not notify customers about. Since they they stopped showing up for scheduled deliveries. It took me being on hold for 1.75-2hrs for two different phone calls to cancel my service. They have continuously failed to show up for the equipment/bottle pickups they have scheduled and are still billing me for my equipment just shy of a month after I cancelled. I had to spend another hour on hold trying to get them to stop billing me for service I no longer receive. If you look up reviews on-line, countless people are experiencing these same issues. It is criminal to continue to charge someone after they have cancelled their service!
Awful experience with no way to cancel on-line. For years Ready Refresh delivered my Arrowhead order like clock work. Now are PrimoBrands and service has been awful to nonexistent. Push my delivery date over and over and then don't have it, Offered 3 cases of singles first month (I got delivery to decrease my plastic waste). This month who knows when or if so canceled after waiting on phone 30 minutes. Can't cancel online and no real chat. What a shame!
I have to admit the service is just not the same since the merger and after drinking the water I developed an unsettling dizziness so I stopped drinking it and got better so I thought maybe it isn't the water so I tried it again and the same symptoms returned. I notice the bottles were different. I don't know that it's safe to drink the water. I won't be trying again.
