Since primo took over my delivery dates have always been changed multiple times and they never pick up the empties. I order 12+ bottles each month and they had over 20 to pick up and still left 9 when they finally showed up after canceling two previous dates! This merger was definitely NOT for the customers benefit!!
Absolute Rip Off!! Been a customer for a year and now they don't have Vermont pure spring water, are forcing us on Poland springs and have raised the price from $7.99 to $12.99 a bottle over night without letting us know and raised the water cooler price from $5.99 to $13.99 a month!! Certified criminals!! I as well as all of my friends and associates and business friends have cancelled their despicable service.
Not even a star lol. Ever since change of ownership this company can not do anything correct. Imagine calling your company a delivery service. Your sole purpose is to deliver water. Not any kind of delivery schedule at all. All automated not live customer support unless you have the time to hold for literally a hour. Called and cancelled our service and they still are delivering water. Beware!
Truly unacceptable service. I strongly advise against signing a contract with this company. I’ve had to chase them nearly every other week just to get water delivered. It’s now been four weeks without any delivery, and still no resolution. This has been a consistently frustrating and unreliable experience. Avoid at all costs.
Primo Waters has rescheduled my delivery for 3 months at this point. I have never once consented to this. Yet they still charge me without fail. 15 reschedules and numerous broken promises by service reps.They are beyond negligent and have no regard to their customer base that depends on them for water.I hope that legal action is taken against this company on behalf of all the elderly customers who are less vocal and more in need than I am.
We are new customers and we scheduled a water delivery on the 18th then we were told they weren’t able to deliver the water on that day so the new date was the 20th. Now they have made the date the 23rd. We are completely out of water. We tried calling during the Iowa stated and there was a message that said the office wasn’t open. I tried calling and waiting over 11 minutes on the phone. I messaged them through their website. I don’t know what else to do, but I’m going to ask them to cancel it if we don’t get the water on the 23rdI only gave them a two because they carry Poland Springs water. The customer service is horrible right out of the gate.
For over 3 weeks this company has been delaying my water delivery at the last minute. I am unable to move large bottles of water around due to an injury and rely on this service which used to be amazing when it was Ready Refresh. Since Primo took over they have NOT DELIVERED ONCE! Manager's don't call you back and customer service avoids the issue when they respond to emails. Everyone just reschedules it without addressing whatever the issue is that keeps causing it to be rescheduled!!!! CANCEL ME PLEASE, I've begged via email and still nothing. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!
This is quite possibly the worst company I have ever worked with. We started with a water dispenser and (2) 5-gallon jugs every two weeks. We received this order 3x. Now, it’s anyone’s guess what’s going to show up. Sometimes we get 2.5 gallon jugs. Sometimes we get multiple 2.5gallon jugs (these don’t work very well in the dispenser). Sometimes we get bottles (different sizes and different quantities. Often, we’ll get an email and a call that a delivery is scheduled…when that day arrives, nothing! No product and no call informing us that the schedule has been altered. I have called customer service many times and get nowhere. I have asked the manager to call, I’ve gotten one return call - a VM was left informing that they gad fixed everything on there end. Today, I received another erroneous delivery. Is water delivery more complicated than I think it should be?
